How the connection works
When you connect your HubSpot account to Astra:
You authorize Astra to access your HubSpot data.
Permissions are granted securely without sharing your login credentials.
Instructions
Follow these steps to connect your HubSpot account:
Step 1: Open a HubSpot action
Log into your Astra account
Go to the Action Library in Astra
Select a HubSpot template (for example, Create or update contact)
Start the flow that requires a HubSpot account
Note:
If you are already connected to one or more HubSpot accounts, the connection pop-up may not appear
In that case, go to the configuration section and click Add account to connect another account
Step 2: Start the connection
Click Connect HubSpot account
A HubSpot authentication window will open
Step 3: Sign in and select your account
Log in to your HubSpot account (if not already logged in)
Select the HubSpot account you want to connect
Step 4: Complete the connection
After authorization, you will see a confirmation page
Close the page to continue
Step 5: Verify the connection
Return to Astra
You will be redirected to the Action configuration screen
Confirm that your HubSpot account appears in the account list
What to do next
After connecting your account, you can:
Select the connected HubSpot account while configuring actions
Automate tasks like creating or updating contacts
Add and manage multiple HubSpot accounts if needed
