How the connection works
When you connect your Pipedrive account to Astra:
You authorize Astra.
An internal Astra app is installed in your Pipedrive account.
Permissions are granted securely without sharing your credentials.
Instructions
Follow these steps to connect your Pipedrive account:
Step 1: Open a Pipedrive action
Log into your Astra account.
Go to the Action Library.
Select any Pipedrive action template (for example, Create Contact or Update Contact).
Start the workflow that requires a Pipedrive account.
Note:
If no account is connected yet, a pop-up will appear prompting you to connect one.
If you already have connected accounts, click Add account in the action configuration page to connect another account.
Step 2: Start the connection
In the pop-up, click Connect your Pipedrive account.
A new authentication page will open.
Step 3: Enter your company bomain
On the authentication page, enter your company domain.
To find your company domain in Pipedrive:
Open your Pipedrive account.
Go to Company settings.
Select the General tab.
Copy your Company domain.
Paste the domain into the authentication page.
Click Connect Account.
Step 4: Authorize access
When prompted, log into your Pipedrive account.
On the next screen, click Allow and Install.
This grants the required permissions and installs the Astra app in your Pipedrive account.
Step 5: Complete the setup
Once authorization is complete, you can close the authentication page.
Return to Astra.
You will be automatically redirected to the action configuration page, where:
Your newly connected Pipedrive account will appear in the account list.
You can start using it immediately in your workflow.
