How the connection works
When you connect your Zoho account to Astra:
You authorize Astra.
Astra connects to your Zoho CRM account using this integration.
Permissions are granted securely without sharing your login credentials.
Instructions
Follow these steps to connect your Zoho account:
Step 1: Open a Zoho action
Log into your Astra account.
Go to the Action Library in Astra.
Select a Zoho template (for example, Create or update contact).
Start the flow that requires a Zoho account.
Note:
If you have already connected one or more Zoho accounts, the connection pop-up may not appear.
In that case, go to the configuration section and click Add account to connect another Zoho account.
Step 2: Start the connection
Click Connect your Zoho account.
A browser authentication page will open.
Step 3: Enter your Zoho region
On the authentication page, enter your Region.
To find your region:
Open your Zoho CRM account in your browser.
Look at the URL. It will look like:
crm.zoho.<xxx>
Examples:
crm.zoho.com→ entercomcrm.zoho.in→ enterin
Enter the correct region value.
Click Connect Account.
Step 4: Sign in and authorize
Log in to your Zoho account (if not already logged in).
Review the permissions requested by Astra.
Click Allow to grant access.
Step 5: Complete the connection
After authorization, you will see a confirmation (callback) page.
Close the page.
You will be automatically redirected to the action configuration page, where:
Your newly connected Zoho account will appear in the account list.
You can start using it immediately in your workflow.
