Select the Wati account you want to use.

All template messages will be sent using this selected account.

3. Trigger mode and type

Controls when the message is sent and whether the conversation is closed.
Close Wati conversation after X minutes:
Configure when the message should be sent (after X minutes).
The conversation will close after sending the message.
Agent decides:
The agent sends the message during the conversation.
The conversation remains open.
Trigger type:
Defines how the action is triggered.
Intent:
Sends the template message during the conversation.
Event:
Sends the template message after the conversation is closed.
4. Template and personalization
What to do:
Select a pre-approved WhatsApp template.
Configure template parameters (placeholders).
Map each placeholder to an Astra attribute.
How it works:
When the action runs:
The selected template is loaded.
Placeholders are replaced with mapped values (for example, customer name or order details).
The final message is sent as a WhatsApp template message.
