Follow these steps to set up and configure the Send sales summary Wati action in Astra:
Set up the action
Log into your Astra account.
Go to Action Library.
Select Send sales summary Wati action.
Open the Configuration step.
Configure action settings
1. Action intent page
What to do:
Enter a clear action name and intent.
Click Edit action intent to update it anytime.
How it works:
A clear and specific intent ensures the agent triggers this action at the right time, such as after a sales conversation.
2. Wati account
What to do:
Select the Wati account you want to use.
How it works:
The summary and PDF will be sent using this selected account.
Before proceeding, make sure your Wati and Astra accounts are connected.
3. Intro message
What to do:
Add an optional intro message that will be sent along with the PDF.
How it works:
When the action runs:
The agent generates a sales summary based on the conversation.
The summary is converted into a PDF document.
The PDF is sent to the customer via a WhatsApp session message.
Your configured intro message is included to provide context.
