Set up the action
Log into your Astra account.
Go to Action Library.
Select Send booking message Wati action.
Open the Configuration step.
Configure action settings
1. Action intent page
What to do:
Enter a clear action name and intent.
Click Edit action intent to update it anytime.
How it works:
A well-defined intent helps the agent trigger this action at the right time, such as after a call when a customer shows interest.
2. Wati account
What to do:
Select the Wati account you want to use.
How it works:
The booking message will be sent using this selected account.
Before proceeding, make sure your Wati and Astra accounts are connected.
3. Booking link
What to do:
Add your booking or demo link in the configuration.
How it works:
When the action runs:
A predefined WhatsApp message is created automatically.
The message includes:
A short greeting
Your booking link
A closing line
The message is sent as a session message to the customer.
