Instructions
Introducing new AI voice agent's features in Astra
Voice cloning
You can create a personalized AI voice by recording a short voice sample. The system generates a digital voice that reflects the tone and speaking style of the original recording.
This allows businesses to use a consistent voice across automated calls while maintaining a familiar communication style for customers.
Natural and expressive responses
The AI Voice Agent can deliver responses using more natural speech patterns, including realistic pauses and variations in tone.
The system also adjusts its delivery based on the context of the conversation, helping responses sound more appropriate and conversational.
Guided conversations
The AI Voice Agent can guide conversations by asking follow-up questions and collecting information during a call.
This allows the system to move conversations forward instead of only responding to questions, making it easier to qualify leads, gather information, and assist customers during voice interactions.
