Set or update Qualification IQ rules to score leads automatically. This helps the agent identify whether a lead is warm, hot, or cold, so the right next step can be taken.
2. Setting up agent actions
Decide what actions the AI agent should take based on the lead type. For example, you can configure it to:
Send the lead directly to your CRM when it's a warm lead.
Book a demo with your sales team when it's a hot lead.
