Select Custom forms action.
Open the Configuration step.

1. Action intent
What to do:
Enter an action name and intent that describe your qualification criteria.
How it works:
The name and intent are mainly used for identification.
This helps you manage multiple sets of criteria across different use cases.
2. Criteria definition
What to do:
Add and configure criteria used to evaluate leads.
For each criterion:
Provide a clear description
Assign a weightage
Manage criteria by:
Enabling or disabling them
Deleting unnecessary ones
Important requirement: The total weightage across all criteria must equal 100%.
How it works:
During execution:
The system evaluates leads based on your defined criteria

3. Attach to agent and publish
What to do:
Attach the criteria to the relevant agent(s).

Move it from draft to published.
