How to view collected leads (contacts)

Your AI agent automatically captures and stores leads from conversations. These leads are available under Contacts in Astra. This guide shows you how to access these leads and export them if needed - for follow-ups, analysis, or sharing with your sales team.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view and export leads collected by your AI agent:

1. Log in to your Astra account

Use your credentials to sign in at Astra (replace with your actual login link if needed).

2. Select your AI agent

  • In the left-hand menu, click Agents.

  • Choose the AI agent whose leads you want to view.

3. Go to the Contacts section

  • Inside the agent settings, click on Contacts.

  • You’ll now see a list of all leads captured by your AI agent.

  • You can view all leads, hot leads (based on lead qualification criteria) or new leads in the present week.

Note: In the Contacts section, you can view different contact groups, including All contacts, Contacts with intent, High-intent contacts, Medium-intent contacts, and New contacts this week.

You can click into each lead to review the captured details such as contact information, qualification status, and more.

When you click on a lead, you can view their full conversation with the AI agent under the Conversation tab. But here’s the good news - you don’t have to read the entire chat to understand what happened.

Astra automatically generates a summary of the interaction and displays the key details under Summary, making it easy to review the conversation quickly.

All conversations with this lead are available under Conversations. If the lead has booked a demo, the meeting details will appear under Meetings.

4. Export leads as a CSV file

  • To download the leads, click the Export CSV button at the top-right corner.

  • A .csv file will be downloaded, which you can open in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

That’s it! You now have access to all your leads and can easily share or analyze them as needed.

Note: You can also see all the conversations your AI agent has with leads from your website. To view them, go to the Conversations tab under your AI agent’s settings.

You can view all the conversations or you can also view text only or voice only conversations under the conversations tab.

You can use the search bar to find specific conversations, or apply filters to narrow down the results based on your criteria.

In addition to viewing conversations between your AI agent and website visitors, you can also refine the AI agent’s responses. For example, if you notice that a visitor’s question could have been answered more effectively, simply click Suggest improvements and edit the reply as you prefer.

By accessing the Contacts section in Astra, you can easily review and manage all the leads captured by your AI agent. Each lead record includes useful information such as conversation summaries, qualification status, and meeting details, helping your team quickly understand the lead’s intent and context.

You can also export leads as a CSV file to share them with your sales team, track follow-ups, or analyze lead activity. In addition, the Conversations tab allows you to review interactions and continuously improve how your AI agent responds to customer questions.

Using these tools together helps you track lead activity, prioritize high-intent prospects, and improve your AI agent’s performance over time.
